The purpose of the program is that an athlete could register in detail the whole trainings campaign based on a few programmed trainings dictated by the trainer or even that they could be autoprogrammed themselves.
As trainer can programme the trainings of an unlimited number of athletes with the application of charges adapted to each one, take a pursuit of the same ones and verify his progresses. Since athlete I take the control of the realized trainings, control of my competitions and other utilities included in the program.
The trainings are personal.
